AMA?
THE AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION
is a professional association for individuals and organizations who are leading the practice, teaching, and development of marketing worldwide.
Our principal roles are:​

Through relevant information, comprehensive education and targeted networking, AMA assists marketers in deepening their marketing expertise, elevating their careers and ultimately, achieving better results.

No other organization offers the cross-disciplinary perspectives that the AMA provides, including marketing knowledge and connections, not just within your field and your category, but across the spectrum of business around the globe.
WHO
ARE WE?
The California State University, Long Beach chapter is one of 323 active collegiate chapters of AMA across the United States and internationally, including Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
Every semester, we continue to increase our membership , as well as remaining a successful and dynamic organization on campus and within the community.
A strong focus is placed on community service and fundraising, as well as hosting activities such as Marketing Week with professional speakers.
We also help students with professional development by offering internships and providing real-world marketing experiences with our student-run agency, Agency 241.​
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the AMA Long Beach is to provide students with comprehensive information, community service, and networking opportunities to help our members learn in ways unique from the traditional classroom setting. Diversity, integrity, respect, and teamwork will be the key tools for our chapter to succeed through means of:​
